	Powerful SF6 Software The SF6 software supports PC Control, Data Analysis and Report Formatting in a single package.

	Multiple Wavelength Measurements Selection of wavelength combination at max. 2Ex/2Em supports a broad range of applications for fluorescence.(2Ex/2Em, 2Ex/1Em, 1 Ex/2Em and 1Ex/1Em). Single or dual wavelength mode for Absorbance measurement.

	Various Detecting Modes Multipoint 81 points in a well can be read. Average of the multipoint reading is displayed. Multipoint reading ensures precise measurement of cell cultures.

	Kinetics The specific delays and repeats can be defined by plate or well. The result can be monitored in real time.

	Optimum absorbance value The measurement of an entire plate is triggered at the time the absorbance in one of the wells reaches an optimum value.

	Versatile Sample Format For the ultimate in flexibility, the MTP-800 Series supports all microplate formats, from 6-well to 384-well, from many manufacturers.

	260 Preset Microplate-Dimension Profiles The well-to-well spacing in a microplate depends on the model. Simply select the microplate model within the SF6 Software, and the instrument takes care of positioning the plate automatically.

	Automated Mixing Function Prior to measurement, the samples in each well can be stirred. Round or linear movement and intensity among 3 steps are selectable.

	Interference Filters The MTP-800Lab/AFC and MTP-810Lab comes standard with a total of seven interference filters mounted on two filter wheels. The first filter wheels is common between the two models with four mounted filters for Abs and FL-Ex. In the MTP-880Lab, the 615 filter is mounted to the third filter wheel which is employed in TRF and CL analysis.

	Lamp Off Function The light source lamp can be turned off/on manually during standby mode to extend the lifetime.
